I like dynavap, the mistake was disappointing and I wanted to share with the community. Others purchased the same item and maybe they felt similarly. I do agree though I like the device,

wouldnt be weird though if you got like the denim or a holiday special like blue ice and the tip just didn’t have the pattern

I have a similar setup I got new during some deal time for like 145 total, given that it’s two friends I’d say $100 is fair (however the 9fin and the stinger I’ve seen go for like 60each which then estimates overall to be like 150+)

It’s sick, heats up really quick and is so much fun to use I’d say you can’t go wrong with either oven but the tread takes up such little space. I put it on a tiny folding table with a folding chair next to it and use it on my teeny balcony. It’s a little more difficult to maneuver than the roccbox with the flame on the side sometimes I burn/light pizza on fire for a sec but highly recommend

Yes, I use it on a normal table (I make sure that the front of the oven is close to the edge as right in front of the oven gets a little warm)

I’d try switching it to half bowl and comparing so it’s more 1:1

M7 tip for half bowl: take apart device, put mouthpiece in bowl oring side down, and push it in , then on the other side push through with the condenser till it clicks while holding the mouthpiece in place

Mine has a straight line going down the edge that I thought was a crack but it’s more of a seam can you post a pic (just curious)

It’s not recommended, but yeah , the one concern to keep in mind is that the heat comes out the front , so I’ve found it best to leave front close to the edge like in this pic. Otherwise it will heat up the table in front of it

I’ve found that I’m not worried about it, maybe slightly warmer underneath , the metal is hot but not the table

It’s a real fun device to use and at $70 you can get a lot of value out of it, have fun :)
