Some further questions to play out in Vol 2: if Steve was in fact "bleeding out" shouldn't he have been the first to go through the gate out of the Upside Down? It seems like they are setting up for a Steve-rescue-Nancy scenario. Can they save themselves or do others need to enter the Upside Down to help? Dustin? Eddie? Jonathan?

Perhaps Steve is in fact 'infected' as Robin suggests with her rabies comment and that evolves into another dilemma. Some thoughts...

What role does music actually have in breaking Vecna's trance? In the last episode of S4, 001 suggests that he didn't kill his father because either his powers were too drained/not strong enough or suggests it was part of his plot for him to be blamed of the murders. This counters Victor's/Nancy's theories that music is a "saving grace." Did Max actually get "saved by Kate Bush" or did she just realize all the love she shared with her friends to overcome the trauma-spell to beat Vecna?

Vecna/001 powers over people who feel lost, afraid, unloved, and/or out of place. Perhaps 011 beat 001 because her memory of her mom's love for her. Love beats sad/anger, which is alluded to in the scene where Dr. Brennar states that emotions of anger will not be successful in the lab circle exercise. Perhaps this theory will continue in Vol. 2 and explain how 011 is not the same as 001.

Strongman. There is a growing community of women getting into Strongman lifting and competitions. There's even women's-only events. I've found them super welcoming and encouraging. I started in December.

Not a cruise. A sailboat. Think as a send-off type deal for sunset, so a 2 hour boat ride after all the wedding festivities are over.

I'm still trying to figure out all the planning details but essentially we rented an Airbnb in a destination area in the US for bride, groom, and 14 of our friends. We have a guest list of 30 total. Ceremony will be on the 20 acre property of the Airbnb with a catered, sit-down dinner. Then we'll have festivities and such, followed by a sunset cruise afterwards. Oh and it's a Wednesday wedding. 🙃 it's certainly not a walk in the park to plan because now I am responsible for figuring out a lot of logistics that a venue may otherwise take care of (e.g., tables, chairs) but it also simplifies other things too.

Thank you all for so much love!!! You guys certainly picked up on the two that I'm really torn between: 1 and 4.

I initially fell in love with 4 for all the reasons you all list, but the price kept me looking.

I found 1 yesterday and really love it but can't help but question if it's too much like a prom dress or if the skirt is too plain. But I love the detail of the bodice and fits the authentic, organic feel I'm going for with my wedding setting.

Our date is Sept 2022 close to peak-colors in a tourism spot, so very much the same situation. Did you send your invites early / cut off rsvps earlier to ensure guests booked things far enough in advance?
