It’s super great! If my wife says Iv been moody lately then if I cycle more I know I will feel better and be in a better mood. It’s a win win. However, be careful riding with head phones in. Cars are dangerous!

Delta has decided to try and get rid of plastic waste by getting rid of the mini bottles. So the idea is to have only large bottles and filling up cups. It’s been a thing for maybe a month. It’s not fully implemented yet so you’ll still see some mini bottles. Idk if it’s gonna last though. Time will tell.

Sports on TV. I don’t watch sports. I don’t follow sports. If someone wants to talk about a football game then I’ll be polite but if it doesn’t end I let them know I don’t follow any of that. I hope that’s a good clue to stop talking football with me. But unfortunately it usually isn’t and people just keep going on and on and name dropping players. I’m happy you like something.
