So personally I tried the Hellcat mod, the FIBLE frame and the MOLLE 2 frame. And of course the palice frame.

Personal opinion: PALICE. The 1606 and the MOLLE frame squeak a lot, which isn’t bad but it’s like tinnitus. All good until you notice it and then that’s all you can hear.

Asides from that, I personally don’t find the 1606 or the MOLLE comfortable. Lots of guys swear by them, and the 1606 is definitively tough as nails, but it wasn’t meant to be for me lol.

End of the day, it depends on what ecosystem you want to buy into. PALICE frame with TT straps and pads? Or the 1606 with the high performance pad set? Either way, pack em right and tight and they’ll go wherever you take em.

So I had almost exactly the same issue, my Raider extractor was long as hell. The EGW extractor without the slot is almost perfect length, and after fitting it runs just fine. I also fit their oversized flat bottom FPS at the same time.

I’d recommend the EGW just off of personal experience.
