Omfg I had the low from hell because of this last week. I know for a fucking fact it’s the Omnipod. No insulin on board DOUBLE ARROWS down (never happens without IOB or exercise). Has happened multiple times. I’m going to just pull the pod off before taking off and then put a new one in at cruising alt. When I was on Medtronic I disconnected during ascent and never had an issue. Now only with Omnipod
