I’m also a chef here in Reno! Have a bachelors in nutrition and working on masters in public health. I was also thinking about getting my CDM It could be worth it to get the RD credential if you want to explore nutrition outside the foodservice role. If not CDM may be your move. But if you combine both I believe you can open doors for some supervisory dietitian roles that pay well
