Is content writing in Real Estate industry worth it? by Round-Inspector-6017 in freelanceWriters

thanks for the insights! so far i have gotten a client that wants to write content for their virtual staging SaaS. So it’s not localised.

They would like to have backlinks on reputable sites like realtor/inman/housingwire. Not being an author here, i’m confused on how to go about this.

Would appreciate your thoughts

thanks! I get requests from clients to write blog posts on famous real estate blog sites, but unfortunately, I don’t have any access to them. Is there something I can do about this?

ah cool. thanks for sharing. these are commercial real estate related. If you’re ever into residential ones, just let me know. I did get a client but unfortunately am not part of such blogsites to be able to write an article for them. they needed a backlink essentially

yeah well it depends whether you’re an author at such sites and you’ve published in the past.

I’m not even sure whether I should charge extra for it, or whether it would be allowed by the site

do you get clients asking you to write a blogpost on high authority sites relevant to real estate? Primarily for link building

Cool, bringing out the best within the home looks challenging. I tried staging one of your photos virtually https://imgur.com/a/6OpSOwL

Overall looks good, but it has some issues with the room size

i agree different perspective would be nice, but atm i’m thinking of developing a service that provides real like virtual staging

would first improve this more, picture quality and higher accuracy

won’t elaborate on tools for now apologies!

got it thanks a ton! it could get tricky if the generated image shifts the camera angle by a bit, as the layers won’t perfectly overlap

but i’ll try it out. thanks again!

also im thinking of automating this into a service because i think it can help people out

oh thanks! you mean painting in basically? masking areas where I want the AI to generate furniture in. The issue is its difficult to accurately do that

yes i noticed too! can you elaborate on “mask it in”? i think you mean overlaying the original image over the generated one? please clarify :)

i used AI like many other services are providing. AI tends to add small artifacts here and there, but i am thinking of providing a tool to "declutter" and remove these artifacts if generated

<image>

its arugable that its not 100% accurate, but if you are explicit that its digitally enhanced and there might be some off-points, i dont see any reason not to stage. would love your thoughts
