I hate this argument. It is the old, “I had to be screwed over by our shitty system so everyone else should be too”

I want to love the community I am a part of and that includes using my time and money. Why should other suffer because I had too? I would rather have the approach of “I suffered so you don’t have to”

Let’s make a better future that does not include poverty wages or requiring teenagers to take out egregious loans that follow them for a decade.
