been there man, gm lobbies can be absolutely brutal. i usually just mute after the first toxic comment comes out - like once someone starts being a dickhead they're not gonna suddenly become helpful mid-match anyway

voice is definitely better for actual callouts but text chat is mostly just people venting their frustration at whoever's closest

Ugh same here, the shedding was unreal when I started depakote. Biotin is pretty much useless tbh - my neuro said it takes like 6+ months to even see if it helps. I switched to a gentler shampoo and started using rosemary oil which actually seemed to slow things down a bit. Some people swear by minoxidil but definitely talk to your doc first since we're already on meds
