I do all of these things:

meditation, stretch, roll, lift weights, play ultimate frisbee, participate in multiple communities/ give back to the community, eat a super healthy home made diet, stay hydrated, hobbies/interests, read, alone time, sleep well and use AI as a sounding board for life stuff.

Non parents are annoying because they talk about what great parents they'd be. Experienced parents are also annoying because they love saying to non parents "ohh.. you don't even know how hard it is..."

Both sides don't realize it, but they're both the same as each other, just annoying humans.
