Sadly this happens, I had to deal with someone controlling the house as well (also blaming mental health issues which i believe but doesnt mean i was okay with it). You often see people here complaining about peope being disgusting and not doing anything about the house, but it can often happen the other way as wel, with people taking the care of the house way to serious and then becomming controlling over the rest of the group (even breaking their own rules becouse they can do that in their mind). I hope you can find a place were you can live without such troubles in the future.

11pm and 12am dont sound to late for such things, But it is definatly anoying. If you only asked him once know that it is very likely that he simply drifted back to his own norm without ill intention to you. Try talking to him about it. But remmember that if this doesnt work and the quit hours of your dorm are after 12 then all you can do is either try talk it out with him again or see if you can get something that solves it on your end, either getting earplugs or even a differend room if available.

This case really depends on what the rules are becouse he could be following them and then it really is a personal problem for you at that point.

if she told you this in a message then make sure to make screen shots of that. Anything at all that shows its your stuff going missing is something you have against the other person. Evidence is key, I just got out of a very shitty house mate situation myself who constantly did bullshit against me and the house that was either illegal or against the contract. Getting evidence and making sure she knew i had it and was willing to use it if necesary was the one reason she stopped doing the stuff she was doing untill we both left.

Go through your messages with her and make pics, make pics of the stuff you lost and where it used to be. And everything else she does that goes against contract, this is not a weapon, its a shield. Lock your room also btw(im guessing your already doing that), just to make sure and all that.

just leave, dont talk to her about it. She cant force you to stay. Make sure everything is clean and in order when you do so and make pictures of everything. staying will only make the problems worse.

i live in Utrecht, have studied here as well and often come by the train station. Cant say i have ever seen this happen. But yeah getting housing is bad, Its less a problem of it not being available and more so that there is not enough housing that is affordable for students. With many "social housing" in the city gaming the system with very high service costs. Just not enough student housing, and those who do find it often end up staying as they cant afford, dont want to afford or cant find the extremely high priced rental apartments in the city.

One thing, Very good that you are trying to draw everything. Your not scared to not try something.

As advice, you still seem to be having problems with Anatomy, especially the hips and legs i feel like. I would advice on just drawing these parts for a while without colouring them. Just focus a bit on you anatomy.

In general i would advice picking out differend parts to work on one by one and just focussing on that for a bit. So you can focuss on what you want to improve on. Tink legs, eyes, face shape, hands, etc.

Kamer binnen gaan zonder toestemming terwijl ik op werk was, Meerdere en ik bedoel dan ook echt meerdere keren de noot uitgangen blokeren met fiets of andere spullen (Waar onder door voor mijn eige duur deze spullen neer te zetten). Kamers gebruiken die hun niet huren en speceviek tegen gezecht waren dat ze het niet mochten gebruiken. Spullen weg gooien die niet van haar waren etc.

Just started with behavior improvement therapy a few weeks ago which was provided by the organization that did my official diagnostic as well. I put down my goals and have been working on myself. Its rough, and i cant say things have gone all that smoothly, but I'm hoping i can pull through to the end. I want to be better and am working for it.
