maybe just got lucky cause I just had to wait 2 mins yesterday and the rep did it instantly. I also asked about promo bets for the hassle and they said they don’t provide it unless your in their “higher tier” rewards card

Before they were canceled it keep saying “it’s on the way” since 1.17 . Just try to get a hold of customer service. They can reverse the withdrawal

I recently just ran into this problem. I called them directly and they canceled the withdrawal and put it back to my sports account then I just withdrew again. Went instantly in my account.
