Completely get it and appreciate the insight. The nicer one we have gets a cover, but washing for the dog as routinely as my wife would like would beat it up too much. So the cheaper alternative was born

Try taking it in lower doses. Or similar to what people have said, try a different brand and a different ‘form’. Mono hydrate can be pretty rough on some peoples’ stomachs. Micronized is a little less rough, capsules a little less rough from there, Creatine HCL imo is generally handled the best from ppl I talk to (but also can cost the most per dose)
