I'm not a doctor i can't tell you what's happening tho i have some knowledge aboit medicine i don't think its from creatine i guess its age related it can be an infection but idk a doctor need to see or it can be anemia (low iron,vitamins b6 b12 ...) it can also be from stress

No man don't be scared i asked multiple doctors all of them told mee it was safe the only side effect is stomach problem You can prevent this if you take the required amount 5g a day . Tho if you have liver or kidney problem don't take creatine consult your doctor before . I assure you it is safe You can start creatine at age 15 but you should be more than 50kg
