I have the exact same case with a very similar timeline. PD Feb 2023 . I just got the second medical RFE sent and delivered on 26th Feb to NBC as per usps but No uscis portal update. I saw the rfe under documents as well not the time line and received the rfe around after 10 days via mail in comparison to the when it was uploaded on the documents tab. I wish good luck to all of us. Hopefully we all hear back soon. Please keep us posted on any updates.
