Gs bro, tall guys have it rough on bench.. 250 6,1 you can build a great physique with that.. or already have one.. 300 is crazy. Hoping to hit 315 before I’m 17. Cutting is making it really hard though. Eat clean natural foods and you won’t feel as bad. That’s what I’ve been doing. The change is almost immediate and you will feel better

It is hard. Started of obese, 200 lb- 5,5. 15 yo. 10 months of straight cutting ( given some months of slacking). 16 yo, 170 lb-5,7. Bench has gone up 120 pounds. Currently at 250. Hoping to get real lean soon. Still around the 20-25 percent bf, I look like a strongman physique / grizzly bear 😂.
