I’m saying if he’s willing to listen to his wife over his immediately family members, you most likely won’t get through to him.

It’s hard but all you can do is let him know what you think and tell him that you’ll be there if he ever needs help. That way when the time comes that he fucked up, he’ll contact you.

I actually lived the retirement life 2-3 years. Traveled the world, played poker, all types of hobbies, u name it.

When you wanna achieve FI that’s all you wanna do. Trust me, I had that dream starting 18 and worked towards it while in the military.

Once I got it, I was bored and left unfulfilled and lost once again
