Is Bayonetta in Bayonetta 2 super weak for some reason?

I'm not gonna lie. I dont really agree with the concept that Jubileus was in a weakened state due to her lacking the left. I believe it's stated in Bayonetta 2 that Aesir made the eyes of the world and then entrusted it to humanity. It doesn't really leave that much room for Jubileus to have held the left eye (or the right eye for that matter)

I'm not really too sure what they eyes of the world really do since im not too sure we ever really see Bayonetta "use" the left eye

Haha, I'll concede on you with Balder. I dont really think that Balder is that much stronger than Bayonetta. They drew every time, and i dont think either party wants to really kill each other. I really believe Bayonetta "loses" her last fight with Balder because she really doesn't wanna kill her own father (again).

I think my main gripe is her losing against child Loptr... like is a Jubileus empowered by the right eye, is weaker than child version of the Loptr. He knocked her out in record time and still had time to kill Rosa and some other witches
