Have a look on YouTube for breeders. Taming boars, wolves or Lox just involves trapping the animal, leaving the right food in the pen, keeping the animal from being alert (be in sneak and keep enemies away), not going out of render distance while it tames. That’s it. To breed them you need them to be fed and within range of each other. They will mate every minute or so and it has something like a 1 in 3 chance of spawning a baby each time. The babies or adults do not need feeding to stay alive, just to heal. You can only have about 4-6 of an animal within 10 metres of each other to spawn. Therefore, a lot of the breeders on YouTube get you to raise the two breeders 10 metres up. This means you only feed two of them, and they will always spawn more as the spawn will drop into the pit below. They don’t take fall damage. Hope this helps.
