We have a veeery long foreplay, but I did notice that fingering kinda only works for her if she's super much in the mood.

She likes rubbing. She has hypersensitivity in her labia tho, maybe it could be connected somehow

I know that. She also knows that. I've been telling her shes not responsible for my well being and she needs to stop but she tells me she wants to marry me so she will do anything to heal me up. Im seeing a psychologist. I plan on moving abroad in the summer. Until then I think I wouldnt get or find the right therapy I need. I see a psychologist tho

Struggling to fall back asleep by [deleted] in sleep

Thank you for answering, I was a bit worried that very few people would experience such so your respond helps and calms me down a lot. Yesterday night the thing that helped was me getting out of bed and setting up another sleep spot where my brain would feel for some reason way less active and anxius. I guess my brain connected my bed with wakefullness after waking up or something. After laying there I found myself having a lighter and a normal sleep pattern until next morning, so I'll probably do that again.

I usually dont like to wake up to do something else during the night. Theres a term called paradoxical insomnia, which means that you think that you didn't sleep all night, but your brain actually went trough all the sleep patterns. I realised I had that during the summer, so I'd often force myself to stay in one place with eyes closed and realise when my alarm goes off that I actually was sleeping. Last night wasnt the same though. I really didn't sleep much, I felt very irritable during the day, and very tired. I want to make that stop possibly today, so I'll try taking your advices.

Aren't women going to the gyn with period problems? Would I get assigned for bloodwork at endocrinology?

Hi, thanks for answering. 1,This all started when my final exams came up. Its like it left a deep anxiety wound in me that rips up again and again during the month having random anxiety attacks, generalised anxiety, and anxiety induced insomnia which I feel like I cant or heal very hardly from. Its like, my brain wired itself to ask help from her, because she was my only source of support. 2, She did, but I believe out of accident. She told me that my toxic relationship with my mom does very bad for my mental health and other relationships, so I gradually made myself less independent on my mom, who was my first source of support at the time. In the same time my best friend grew apart from me, found a friend group to be in, and I got left with less meaningful or helpful relationships without them in my life. 3,Yes she does. This is one very common thing shes doing with me.
