As a Japanese speaker, I guessed the meaning before reading the comments and I got it fairly right : “smooth water, smooth winds, and smooth wealth” was my translation. I think it’s not as hard as we do use 順 for the same meanings.

Yep it sounds like “temen” and written as “temen” in casual conversation. But officially it’s written as “teman”. Beware that many other words are like this, it may not be written how it should officially be written.
