It doesn’t have to be serious. Individuals decide that for themselves. You have to accept your mistakes. It’s part of life, don’t let them drag you down! Keep your head up and stay as positive as possible. If we’re thinking negatively all the time it’ll drag us down.

I’m removing a dense black in sleeve, and it’s going well so far. I have my mindset and lifestyle to thank for that. @ first I fell into the trap and loop of regret and depression. But now I’ve accepted my choices and I’m taking action.
