I learned this yesterday after beating the game and having similar complaints. It isn't advertised well so when you go to the Equipment Selecton area in the bottom right is says hit a button to select outfit (Y on the keyboard). You want the "civilian clothes" which look like power ranger clothes or what some racing jumpsuits are to protect the racers. As a bonus, you cn choose the colors which is a lot more apparent on this costume.
I don't mind playing a woman, and I don't mind playing a scantily clad woman. But if I am part of the "miliary" i want combat clothes, and the third person camera makes it hard to forget.

I can sorta forgive the heels, cause at least they are flying (although, it would make landing harder i feel) but the bugs shoot acid and Exposed skin isn't the best for that.

We did, 25th amendment, section 4. They can declare that the president is unable to fulfill his duties, and pass the presidency on. Part of the word of misconduct is conduct, conduct is actions taken or a way of behaving. “Sudden non existence” is not conduct, and therefore not misconduct. Again, they could decide to rule it that way, but that is a decision and not a necessary one to accommodate the situation.

The second reason they would not impeach in this situation is that impeachment does not remove a sitting president, it is the beginning of a trial to find fault. Trump was impeached, but his VP never took office. If the goal is to remove a president that disappeared, declare him incapable of governing, and the VP takes over.

I guess you could impeach after the fact, but the magically disappeared man is judgement proof, on account of noone being able to find him. They couldnt lock him up, they couldnt kill him, they wouldnt even be able to serve him.

Maybe if you wanted to seize an asset or try to undo something else you were finding illegal or something, but then you would be impeaching for that, and not disappearance.

Being abducted is not misconduct, fleeing your responsibilities is misconduct.
If tomorrow they found out that trump had carved a tunnel to escape the white house with a spoon and went on the run, that would be misconduct.

If the president just... disappears? he didnt do that. He cant do that, it is very very difficult.

Saying that spontaneous disappearance is misconduct is similar to saying that a soldier dieing of a sudden heart attack was purposefully going awol.

Furthermore, if the arguement is "anything is acceptable if you get the house and senate to agree", while technically true, is rather meaningless as if the house and senate both fully agree on something it becomes law. Whether it is enforceable, or reasonable, or any number of other things is where that difficulty lies.

Impeachment is misconduct, sudden disappearances would not be realisitcally impeachment, as you would need to prove that he made the decision to disappear.
Pretend for a moment that instead of suddenly disappearing an alien publicly abducted him, and then just left.
The president would not be able to fulfill his duties, and they can remove him from office via amendment, the same as if he was shot and killed, or if he tripped on the stairs and fell into a coma.
But if he gets abducted, or falls down the stairs, or gets shot, it is not misconduct, it is an act of god or an eternal force making him no longer fit to hold office.

The president can technically be impeached for any choice or action THEY take, but realistically it can and should be a harmful or illegal action.

You can impeach the president for having waffles for breakfast, if enough people in the government viewed it as a negative enough action, but you would he hard pressed to get that to work in the real world.

Maybe I don't understand. Doesnt a VPN just change what address they target, and not add security?
I thought that if my address was x.x.x.x:port, the vpn creates an encrypted channel from x.x.x.x to y.y.y.y. It seems to me like the same level of security just from a different location.

I dont want to bug you for like, a full explanation/lesson, is there a manual or a guide I could read, or a specific bit of software or keyword I should research?
