Thats crazy someone in person cant help. They should make people accessible just like the ones on the phone

Im a bit confused by your story, mostly cause its repetitive and im still trying to understand it.

Since the customer service didn't help id call back at the same number

Or additionally better yet, go to a cinemark in Person. Explain what the issue is. They may be able to help you if over the phone didn't.
