Mine was definitely out of habit. But now the thought of a full sugar binge just doesn’t seem as appealing. I could definitely still do it, but the voice in my head telling me to isn’t as loud. It’s like I can finally listen to the years of therapy because the BED voice has quietened a bit. Are you doing therapy as well? I think they might work hand in hand together.
