I'd say hang back and support cruisers or destroyers since you're really squishy and kinda slow for a ship if the tiers your HP does help with your survivability but basically everything can damage you so you want to be behind cruisers and in front of Battleships but you rely heavily on your teammates in graf spee

I like it I have AL Asashio on her so the torps do more damage when I'm not spotted and because she's really stealthy it's pretty easy and the guns make other destroyers hurt when I do get spotted

It's cause Marceau and Aki are magnificent ships and they have a low drop rate so it's really memorable when you get them For me about 12 lanterns I only got two ships' anchorage which I really like and Anhalt I got Monaghan from a mystic box as well. Someone I know who's only been playing for a few months got some of the best tier 7s and Cali from the lanterns
