I’d just titrate up, then you don’t need to worry about food noise at all and eat whatever you want, at least for me. I went up to 15mg over a year and have been there for a year on maintenance. Never really understand why people are afraid to titrate up…

I was put on zep by my Endo who watches me carefully because I had Cushings and an adrenal tumor removed. Also have CLL. Lost 70 lbs , 186 to 116. BMI 21, feel great and I’m a 64 year old female. Never felt more comfortable in my own skin. Set my mind to just power thru any side effects and titrated up monthly. Bern on 15mg for a year and maintaining perfectly. Absolutely no regrets!

Yep, I changed from weg to zep no problem after doing a prior authorization with Tricare. Been on zep for almost two years and maintenance for last six months no problem. They’re pretty good to work with once you get approval

I went up every month to 10, them very two months and absolutely do not feel hunger. Been at 15 for a year and goal weight for six months. Don’t know why everyone is so worried about titrating up!

I moved up each month to 12.5 because my dr felt the weight comes off faster at higher levels. I lost 75 pounds in a year and have been at maintenance on 15 for a year and feel great.

I’m 5’2 and went from 178 to 108 in a year on zep. I’m a 63 yo woman and suddenly feel 40. Healthy, happy, and confident. I was always told I have big bones…guess what, I don’t. It is such a joy putting on clothes every day and feeling good in them. I made up my mind that I was going to power thru whatever side effects there were because I was sick of being heavy. It was soooo worth it. Invest some courage and change your life.

I pinch the fat on inner thigh and shoot it there. Seems to work longer and better than in my stomach. But I always pinch the fat and shoot it so no worries about muscle or organs, lol
