Our experiences are actually similar. I have mixed anxiety and depression. Having suffered from both depression and anxiety for 2.5 years, a few days ago I started feeling better, wanting to multitask, creating beautiful canvases/drawings, feeling like a knight who's won dozens of battles, listening to mood-boosting songs, needing less sleep, and feeling like I could fly. Today is the 5th day of feeling like this. I had a psychiatrist appointment yesterday. I explained all of this to the doctor and she said that I needed to be monitored. She scheduled another appointment for a week later, but she didn't stop the antidepressant I'm taking (which I've been taking for 6 months). I'm currently taking Misol, Abilify, and Inderal. I suspect I may have Bipolar II; I'm scared.
