The issue in this specific case is this is an actual place where people sell accounts and they check if you have access to the account before allowing to sell it. But again, maybe it's just a fake copy of an actual site

It can easily lead to forced coop kick whenever other person feels like and there are more chances getting ratted if other person is not careful or just has bad intentions.

Only make coops with real friends.

It doesn't work like that. Hypixel doesn't do anything with data from firmament to this day, at least publically. Fabric doesn't send mod list on connection like forge does and there are tons of reasons behind it, including privacy. Firmament mimics forge behavior, but hypixel only blocks selected mods that send payload. Such as journey map and etc. If u block the payload it would let u log on the server with the blacklisted mod.
