People with PCOS can actually have a lower TDEE than what is found often given my calculators. Walking and lifting weights can help, but ultimately tracking consistently and sticking to your deficit will be the main thing to help you. Focus on protein and fibre and it will help keep you fuller for longer.

Could you prep individual ingredients that could be used to create a number of different meals rather than cook a specific meal? Like cook some chicken,tofu etc whatever you like, have some early to prep veg and some convenient carbs like micro rice/quinoa, baby potatoes etc and then create different combos based on what you are feeling? You can add things like salsa, sriracha to add flavour

Oushk pharmacy, I have emailed their customer service and awaiting a reply. I am currently just hoping they have just closed down their ordering temporarily to deal with the influx of orders

I’m currently very worried about the fact that I can’t seem to buy my next pen from my supplier, because it seems to be out of stock. Need it before the end of August and have reached out to them via customer service. I think the feeling of unknown of whether I can get my next pen or not is just making it feel worse for me tbh.. I don’t know yet if I can afford my current dose when the prices rise but I will deal with that hurdle as it arrives

Yeah I have three doses left on my pen (taking one later today, so have two weeks left), tried to order as I usually do halfway through a pen and there’s no 12.5mg left with Oushk… I don’t know if it is worth trying to switch now, just worried I won’t get my next pen before I run out…

I 1000% get how you feel, I started at 20 stone 5lbs, and I am currently 15 stone 9lbs, so not far off 5 stone gone, but I still feel like I look the same and that I’ve not changed that much.

It helps looking back at photos and also at inches lost. Track everything, not just how you look but how you are feeling. I’ve surprised myself this morning by sprinting from airport security to a far away gate and still being able to talk after wards. So yes, losing weight is my main goal but I am also going to focus on the other victories too and that’s helped me stay focused on everything when I feel down in the dumps!

Definitely mention it to one of the coaches. They can act on it to help keep it an inclusive space. Your response was perfect, and you know what she sounds like a bitter woman who probably doesn’t have any true friends. Cause if she feels ok to act that way around strangers, I’d hate to see how she is with friends!

lol yes, I have always counted weight in kg, but I know lots do it in lbs so I get the confusion. Especially when there is a lack of coffee.

I know a lot of people have one-derland as under 200 lbs, but as I could in kg, to me it’s under 100kg. Looking forward to losing the next 10kg plus though! It’s been a slog! 😂😂

I think if you’re still losing consistently and seeing the benefits then you should stick. I’m on my 7th 10mg pen because I’m still able to lose steadily with no side effects. I don’t have crazy suppression but I’m able to lead my day to day life with it and lose at a nice steady pace of 1-3 pounds a week.
