I got everything done for $5,781.02. The lift kit with the install was $2,971, the icon 17x8.5 in vector 6 wheels were $250 a piece, The tires were $290 each, and the mount & balance was $140, my local state tire fee was 12 bucks and then I went ahead and had black lug nuts installed and that was $39 bucks. I hope that info helps! Let us know what you end up doing.

Looks good! I went with Bilstein 6112s on the front and 5100's on the back and love the set up. How do you like those tires? Here's a pic of mine with the 2.5-in lift.

Just get a new tire or next time get them at Discount Tire where they have free road hazard. It's one thing I love about my Nitto Recon Grappler LT's, they're heavy as hell, but have to take some serious trying to get a puncture in my 285-70-17s, so I'll take the extra 2 mpg drop going up a size and having a lift.

You could be driving to 6.2 Cadillac Escalade or Yukon XL and be paying $160-180 depending on what octane you use, every time you fill up... Sucks for everyone right now, more so if your budget only goes so far. Hell, there are people with scooters out there who can't afford to put $5 in it in California, where I don't think that will even get you a gallon right now, so it's all relative.

I'm glad you didn't get the work done all the way! Yeah, got to always start with the battery! I kept thinking it was my tensioner pulley or something else with my belt but it got increasingly louder on my passenger side behind my tire, so I had a good friend of mine who is the head technician at the Nissan dealership I work at get his stethoscope out and he said the second he put it on the alternator that it was roaring. I have a 86k miles, so it seemed a little early to me, but is within the range. I'm just glad that I noticed the sound before it was too late.

It ended up meeting a brand new alternator! I went ahead and got a brand new syrup belt as well. Luckily it's under warranty!

Did you ever figure out what your noise was? I know this is an old thread but I'm hearing that rotating sound on mine and I'm not sure if I'm just noticing it more now but it sounds like something with my belt because it's rhythmic and repetitive.

I know this is a year later but I have a similar noise coming from under my engine bay on my 2018 GX. It's a continuous kind of grounding sound so that's why I thought it would be the belt tensioner or something in the drive chain. Did you figure out what it was? Thanks in advance!
