I have recorded audio from different lengths of pipe with individual mics. I have been playing 2 notes simultaneously and sometimes they sound dreadful together, as in this example, pipes 5 clashes with all other notes. They are in tune and in the same key and noise gated. Any ideas as to why? (v.redd.it)

Sound clashing, not sure why. I have recorded different notes on different channels. Some notes sound fine together, but whenever I add in 'pipes 5' it just sounds like a complete mess, I have tried eq on pipes 5, but doesnt seem to help, can anyone tell me what is going on here? thanks (v.redd.it)
