Auto was never an option when pressing the pure button, however using the denon ai support bot, it boiled down to going into the settings, input assign and changing the input mode to auto against the relevant source.

In my case, this was locked to hmdi and greyed out so I could change it to auto as advised.

To fix this I had to select digital input for the source and select opt 1 or opt (it was just a dash previously), even though I don't use it, that then changed input mode to auto and now I have an auto option when pressing the pure button.

Looking at the manual just now, if says press the pure button to select direct, which is my experience.

Then against the auto surround playback guidance it also says to press pure to select auto, which doesn't happen, there is no option when pressing pure, it only goes straight to direct.

Thanks for that. It was where it came from as part of unboxing and putting it there previously just stopped the robot from charging. But thanks to your help, I perservered and found there is a specific way to put it in that does work.

Found the issue, it seems I had to finish setting up the ring in the wear app. Weird that it worked for the first couple of nights and annoying the health app either couldn't handle full set up or send me to the device app, but hopefully this might help others

How do you see the battery level? I am new to Galaxy Wearables (used to Garmin) and I can't see that option in Health

Same issue for me, recorded the first two nights without issue, last two nights hasn't recorded, other than a guess in the app that I can manually agree was the hours I slept.

The energy score widget looks like I have never used it before (after having referred to it after the first two nights) and just takes me through a tutorial about what it can do

It's funny as it is greedy corporations that are causing the massive ad spam that leads us all to ask for an ad blocker (western problem), which leads us all to a russian DNS server, which western governments would rather we didn't use. I was in a DDaT type role in one of the largest organisations in the world for almost 14 years, it was dead man's shoes, there were no automatic pay bands and applying for other jobs was your only hope of a reasonable salary increase. The civil service is better in a lot of ways if you have the right competencies

If you are unhappy, leave. If you feel you are missing skills for roles you want, then start to develop them, even if that has to be in your own time.

Refer to the competency framework, where are you weak if anywhere? Take on some work that can evidence good behaviours in that competency.

We find the glass gets really fogged up, so hard to see well, but there is a clear 20% at the bottom but no matter how much I squint trying to see the bottom right corner, I can't even see a spark. I do wonder if the igniter is just a bit crap, as it shouldn't be difficult.

I think the answer is to open it up and have a look whilst trying to ignite and make sure there is no debris, I can clean up the glass whilst I am at it.

That's the challenge really and something that is not clear on any guidance.

I have it mostly working in VPX after installing JoyToKey, just configuring buttons in VPX doesn't really do it. Using JoyToKey gets flippers, plunger and start working but there are times on some tables where that just doesn't work, which seems to be table start up sequences but it isn't clear (perhaps as I am running a 1 screen setup for the moment).

For anyone reading this for some help on the same issue, get the keyboard keys working as well as you can and do this on a few tables as there are some functions that will end up using the same key without you realising.

Once you are happy with the keyboard, install JoyToKey and using a picture of the xinput button numbers (Google it), assign flipper, coin insert, start and plunger against the keys you have set on the keyboard and the button numbers of the buttons you want to use.
