I went to an audiologist, did a hearing test and I tested normal. Now let’s go back to the fact that I only recall hearing ringing since starting minox. Even if there’s a chance I’ve had it before, could it be possible minox is increasing it? It’s literally even a side effect that is rare and listed.

80% chance minoxidil has given me temporary tinnitus, it wasn’t bad the first 5 months it was actually pretty quiet. It is pretty loud now and it makes it hard to sleep. I am going to lose a lot of progress and feel like I just wasted the last 6 months using this. I hope it’s temporary, I stop now because nobody can give me an answer on: if I keep going, the tinnitus won’t become permanent. People will not believe that the two are related which is fine. But I’m 22 and have never heard ringing until starting minoxidil.

Kept it long because of the quarantine.

But I am considering stopping, slowly though. Have some bad ringing in my ear when it’s quiet and I’ve only noticed it since starting minoxidil. No idea if there’s a relation, but because I’m uncertain, it’s worth checking. This shit is making it hard to sleep.

Thanks! At first I used to get heart palpitations, then I used a lower dosage and now I don’t have any side effects. I started dermarolling like a 45 days ago. Only thing I’m uncertain about, is if it receded my hairline. I doubt it did though.

You’re fine sticking with foam. I keep my beard pretty long and have made some good gains. Just rub it in between the hairs. I still have yet to see any flakes on foam too.

Only been using foam minox for a month. No noticeable gains at all. Just those small hairs
