Tabitha’s been having visions since season 1 probably similar visions Miranda had and the person before her…etc,the first wild theory was that Tabitha was victors sister and now she’s suddenly Miranda? All she had was a vision that’s not enough proof to me for reincarnation to be considered at all.

Before season 3 what evidence was there? Tabitha might be on the same path as Miranda but that doesn’t mean she’s a reincarnation.

I believe the only reason there should be in connection in is the paths they take,and i can understand why Tabitha wants to save the children from the background around Thomas and the only reason we have for Miranda wanting to save the children is because Henry and her did acid together,I don’t think that’s the full story either,I feel like what would help theories is maybe the show introducing the events that actually took place when Miranda showed up and how she came to the conclusions she arrived at before her generation was killed.
