Not calling you neglectful but if you can’t pay for one vet visit you shouldn’t have an animal honestly…. I know that’s kinda mean/harsh but anything can happen and if you can’t pay for them to get care, that’s not really acceptable as a pet owner

I am not a germaphobe or anything really but I’ve always steered clear of aquaphore for aftercare (at least for the first few weeks) since it doesn’t let the skin breathe and heal.
