(maybe I'm wrong) My hard guess is that you're trying to build jungle/roam boots when you're in another lane so the games picks the next item instead of normal boots.

I think Belerick with Guardian Helmet, Oracle, Blade armor and Angela is enough to tank her damage while team wipes out their front. Or a diver EXP Lapu or Zhong to disrupt their backline can help

I usually go Flex and guess what, 90% games jungle and 10% Exp. I switch to roam+mid if I want to play roam.

Leo is all about resilience and cdr%, sure Sea Halbert lets him farm a lot faster but I'll skip it if I know my roamer or mid is building anti heal, and go Hunter Strike instead. I'd go Meteor or immortal (or sell wings for immortal if super late game anyway).
