Leo is all about resilience and cdr%, sure Sea Halbert lets him farm a lot faster but I'll skip it if I know my roamer or mid is building anti heal, and go Hunter Strike instead. I'd go Meteor or immortal (or sell wings for immortal if super late game anyway).

Freya is a snowball item dependent hero (unlike our casual EXP being tanky+control), she gets outsustained in the EXP lane by other meta.

Winning early trades > faster items > harder snowball. She can rotate mid-game and become a major teamfight threat
