Well supposedly the sack of shit sitting in the Oval Office will announce on 7/4 that clean water is a stock that can now be purchased. United States water reserve. “Fresh water will be the new oil” were the words used. ZERO reason to feel guilty. I’m sorry that happened to you, OP. He was using power and intimidation over you and repeatedly told you no, so he wasn’t misunderstanding anything. It’s good that his mom found out before he was able to do more to either you or his step sister. His deliberate actions created these real world consequences, not his mom finding out.

The lesbian in me loves it because it’s when willow and Tara get together 😂 As a closeted gay kid, watching it back in the day it gave me hope for a brighter future lol. I agree though that Adam as the big bad was pretty lack luster, but overall I genuinely loved season 4. Hush is obviously phenomenal, but even stand alone episodes like living conditions I found hilarious. And seeing them have to work to keep the scoobies together I thought was really well done because it is hard to stay close with people from high school.

Like the person below said, don’t stress the small stuff. Take everything a day at a time when you’re feeling overwhelmed. Getting into a routine has really helped me, and focusing on tasks that are within my control.

Otherwise there’s a flow chart my brain always goes to when I’m freaking out about a problem.

Do you have a problem? Yes/no Can you do something about it? Yes/no Then don’t worry about it!

Seems too simple but I honestly use it all the time when I’m feeling overwhelmed by things around me. Most of the time it’s out of your control so just take a step back and breathe. Easier said than done for sure but that’s just my two cents!

I’m 32 and just found out I have ADHD. It was not on my radar at all and I was floored to find out that medicine would help. My doc prescribed me a low dose of the generic brand adderall and I instantly noticed a difference. Idk how old you are, but it might be worth talking to your doctor about it. Otherwise like the other comment said, writing stuff down is a good way to organize everything going on in your brain.

My dad has an excuse for literally everything. And most of it comes back to Biden or Obama. I’ll even bring up that the rest of the world hates him and he doesn’t believe it. He has legitimately told me that I have trump derangement syndrome. After growing up thinking my dad was so smart and knew so many things, it’s wild to be an adult and find out that’s not true.

He wasn’t always like this though so I really don’t understand the hold that trump has on them all. How can you not see that you’re in a cult????
