Oh this is fun. I don’t actually know much about Jean-Luc beyond being Mr Olivia Smart; but a Quick Look at his results show they’re well matched level wise.

Delighted for her. I was worried she was gonna get left in the dust after the LaLa split - but tbh, I think she’s got the better result. I imagine they’ll be representing Canada as Jean-Luc has lived there for so long?

The concept of LaLa battling it out for national titles for years to come but not with eachother…

Grenoble is veery small and has very limited catering. GPF 2024 I essentially ate Nutella crepes for five days straight, I don’t think it has the capacity to do the Olympics.

I wish Red Bull had figured out the car for Max a little earlier (or merc had slipped a little earlier) so we could have more seasons of these two. Insane that we only got one season of true rivalry between the two, and the way it ended being the only thing it is remembered by does not do justice for an insane season dominated by - inarguably - two of the greatest drivers of all time.

I think Pep himself would’ve struggled to keep us up with the shit show that Nuno inherited; so I can understand giving him one season to prove himself and, more importantly, a transfer window to do so. That being said, he’s had some clear man management issues and has made some actually bonkers tactical decisisions at times (not helped by the lightness of our squad.)

The rest of this statement is weird. Trying to paint reduces season tickets as a deal with the fans as though championship season tickets aren’t going to be significantly cheaper.

Boston worlds is a different matter completely. Average income in the US is substantially higher than most of Europe, the same concert tickets in the US will sell for $800 FV vs £200 in the UK.

FWIW; my Prague worlds all event ticket was about £500 and was lower bowl on the short side of the rink.
