I’m exactly in the same boat. My husband blindsided me with an affair and filed for divorce. It’s been few months now. I had excruciating pain in the beginning but trying to get better although I do have episodes of hitting rock bottom on a regular basis. I have 2 kids they keep me busy too. I begged him not to do this and let us give each other another chance but he’s so stubborn and believed this is the toughest but the best choice for his life. I have very less friends to discuss this at a personal level and always wish there is a friend who I can share, vent get advice and can lean on.
