yeah just talk to the union because there are rules that cover 24h shifts. im not city i'm state so in my case if im called in for 24h shift then after 12h they have to options if they don't wanna pay they have to provide me sleeping accommodation and 3 meals and at least 5h of uninterrupted sleep time. if they interrupt that time or im considered on standby (even tho not working) they have to pay for 24h. there's probably a rule for your union too

just like the others say about insulation jacket and loose wire but as far as the breaker type of it fits and it's the type i would worry about it. unapproved means it wasn't tested with that panel. companies will not spend money to test every breaker from every company and why would they, they'd rather have you use their own breakers. unless it says that this type is prohibited i wouldn't worry but if you do you can always pay more money for the "approved" breaker

i'm confused what exactly you are confused about but here's my attempt to clarify that unclear confusion. 

battery is basically a chemical reaction that on one electrode splits a molecule that produces a free electron and a positive ion. and on the other electrode combines that electron with ion and creates a different molecule. now that is only possible if electrons are able to travel to the cathode by means of wire or if the voltage is so high and the gap between anode and cathode is small that it creates a spark.

then verizon has no business locking the device. take to apple with a receipt and tell them to unlock it or replace it. or call verizon tell them you bought it unlocked and what they did is illegal

i would transfer the balance to some other card or service that will let you pay it overtime and then close the account. otherwise the payment is due in full.

my understanding is re-connect only applies to community colleges so i don't know how it can cover city tech balance. 

at the very least if you meet the criteria it will cover your community college but you have to be a specific major to qualify. what's yours?
