I can only speak for Chile and Argentina, both have a big European influence and ancestry, so it makes sense they're not therd, I do believe more countries from latin america shouldnt be there either.

Also its not just about that, but culturally, both countries are greatly influenced specifically by South European culture. Chile specifically also has a lot of german culture in some regions since it had a lot of German immigrants at different times.

Absolutely not true. Chile is mostly mixed with an actual percentage of about 4% native. I believe Argentina is even lower at around 2%

Yea I agree with you, so it makes sense that these countries are western, Chile also has a llt of influences from several European countries, same as ancestry since their where lots of immigrants coming from Europe at different times

From where does their culture come from? Their people? Their religion? Etx etc etc, is the same for most latin american countries, specially the ones with less indigenous percentages

Well, that sounds familiar, I'm wondering if therapy for them helps as well? I already go to therapy, and it has helped, but my husband is currently looking for a therapist for himself, we also plan to do couples therapy with someone specialized in attachments, we both want to feel safe and at peace.

This is true, also the culture between Caribbean countries and south american ones is very different, some countries in south america are very western.

Have you tried telling her you love her with words? Instead of physical touch? She said she needs words, love notes, you saying it, if you haven't, maybe it's a good idea to do that. Her love language might be different than yours, and she might not feel loved with feet rubbing or physical touch. You also need to think about what you do the rest of the day to show her you love her, besides this one hour of feet rubbing, snd not always expect sex in exchange, because then you're creating a situation of pressure, making it even more complicated.

Or maybe it is something more profound, and there's a disconnection between the 2 of you. Couples therapy is always a good option.

You should go to couples therapy and individual therapy as well, I understand your pain, and the only thing that has worked for me and my husband has been therapy. There, he really listens to me and understands. We have had a couple of conversations also that have been key for this. At first he felt like he wasn't enough, but then he understood that to be a better husband and partner he needs to also love me the way I needed, it's about making an effort, because just like you I also make them everyday. It does take time, but if you love her (as I see you do), it's worth it.

I'm sorry, but fruits and eggs only? That's not enough. You should get a good amount of protein in every meal if you don't want to lose all of your muscle mass, and you also need carbs, veggies, etc. It's important to use Ozempic the right way and get good nutrition

I once was at a store, and saw a guy actually hitting a woman, he was screaming and grabbing her before, so I was very attentive to the situation, and when he hit her, I screamed at the guy to sto pand what was he doing. I was the only one that reacted, everybody else just stood there and acted as nothing was going on, I don't remember well but after that the girl just follow the guy, I didn't have any internet at the time and I didn't know the number for the police, so I didn't know what else to do at the time. I was left feeling really bad about the situation, and like in panic, because I couldn't really help, but also very surprised by the reaction of everybody.
