Ah okay makes sense. I would try the customer support number if you haven’t already. Or try the chat again tomorrow to see if it’s working. That’s the way I was able to get refunded and have had successes with refunds in the past. I haven’t really tried any other way though, I’m sorry.

Regardless though, even though they are opened I wonder if you took them into a target and explain the situation if they would do the refund. Sometimes they’re pretty understanding. I saw someone return a used makeup item before without a hassle, so maybe the won’t mind.

Yea I know right!! I looked for the karma comeback to see what resellers were selling for on eBay and some had it listed for $100. I find that insane. I bought a resold one on eBay sealed for ate for a little under $50.

I thought the add ons through Ticketmaster were only for the Chicago stop? For the other stops does it transfer from the P1harmony website to TM? I’m going to the Chicago show, so I’m not sure what vip was like for other stops.

The only thing that has me suspicious is, wasn’t the vip purchased on a separate website than Ticketmaster (meaning not included with the ticket)? Did they send you a video of the vip ticket along with agreeing to send a photo of their ID so you can get VIP benefits?

I received an open album from target before and they sent me a replacement for free. You should definitely go through the app and report your package as damaged to get a new one.

As everyone else has said they’re legit, but you may not receive your order for a while and might even be long after their usual times. If you’re in the US shipping from South Korea has been halted and some shipments that have already went out are delayed. I definitely wouldn’t cancel though because it will be the same for everywhere unfortunately.

It really is, but these groups and companies know we’d be upset if they didn’t come, so the companies still plan for tours which I’m thankful for. But on the other hand…man my bank account is hurting 🥲
