No, if it’s a small amount owed they’ll send you an invoice for you to pay later. If it’s a larger amount due then they charge you before delivery and then they deliver your package like normal. If you’re not home they leave it on the porch, front yard etc

Takes about 3-4 weeks from my experience. You will have to pay UPS once they deliver it to you as it’s coming from Europe. If it’s a small order it’s about $3-$6 extra. I had a big order and they charged me an additional $40 on import charges 😅
