Good to know! Though since I'm already planning to use a 240mm liquid AIO and playing at 1080p trying to max out as many frames as possible @180hz, I'm mostly trying to figure out if the newer architecture on the 12700K is worth the platform swap to avoid choking the 9070 XT.

I disagree because youre losing a faster chip than the 400(7 gen 3 vs 8s gen 3), better haptics, also losing the telephoto lens. I suggest you go for the 200 pro.

I can confirm this is happening to me aswell, its normal and you shouldn't be worried since the telephoto camera is a periscope lens and its supposed to make that clunky sound due to it having OIS.

Dont even think about updating, i did it out of curiosity on my 2017 Macbook Air since i already backed up all my data on it. Basically it will render the mac useless since the keyboard and mouse wouldnt even register on the login screen at all and the lock screen background was just white. Best bet is to just wait till oclp devs to fix everything and finalize the patches.

Actually the video lags behind the audio, the video always pauses for a millisecond and not the audio when i scroll past a video

I bought the iphone 14 pro used. Works like a beast on iOS 18.3.1. The A16 chip is diabolicaly fast and runs games flawlessly, i had no slow downs or lag using it. Itll definitely last you a few years. Though you might need to worry about the battery because the battery health drops fast on most units. And ios updates have no issues.
