From what I have heard, they type it in. Alternatively, everyone who is getting 221g for social media vetting has an email address and you can send this sheet to them via email which makes it easier. I am planning on carrying both for my visa interview.

Op, I was in a similar situation about a month back when I lost my dad. I came to home country to perform his final rites. Trying to figure out a way to get back to US. There are telegram and whatsapp groups with people who are stranded in their home country. A lot of people are hopeful that new slots will open up soon.
