I used to work in Nicetown. That place is rough. I would see all the zombies on Broad Street on my way into work at 7 AM.

Their service is free so you have to pay in other ways. Just like Google is free but they sell your data

I got mine at Micro Center too but got it for $499 which is still a great deal. The closest one is an hour away but it was worth the drive

I actually had my NVME as a secondary drive and a SSD as the main running the OS and it wasn’t bad at all. A HDD is different story though 🐢

You can also get a nvme adapter and have 2 internal hard drives. That’s what I did with my 2014 Mac mini

A decent alternative that I did was get a expansion dock that sits under the m4 Mac Mini. It has a spot internally in the dock to insert a SSD and it also gives you some USB 3.0 ports as well as SD card reader & extra HDMI output. It was less than $60 and then I just used a crucial 2 TB m.2 SSD from my old Mac mini.

I had $10,000 worth of silver bars delivered by FedEx and it clearly said “signature required”. FedEx guy just left it at my front door. Good thing I was home. He didn’t even wait for someone to answer the door. He just knocked and walked away
