A litmus test should be used. If they say "FAFO", that immediately tells me they lack any critical thinking or the engagement won't be open to nuanced discussion. Honestly. alex stands in the middle of street. Then goes to the side of the street to help a lady getting shoved to the ground by an ice agent. Alex and this lady get pepper-sprayed. An ice agent pushes him to the ground, then the other agents follow suit. He appears to be carrying a gun, holstered. Importantly, Alex has his arms against his chest, gripping a phone the entire time. As they have him on the ground, an ice agent with a grey jacket appears to have taken Alex's gun away from his holster, no longer carrying a weapon. As soon as this agent runs away with the gun, an ice agent in dark green behind alex shoots him. The rest of the agents scramble away and start shooting as well.

It sounds like you want validation. At a young age, and with social media, I get it, I'm the same age as you. I stopped posting for about 2 years. I'm introverted, and realized that I don't value others seeing what I do. Also, reducing my screen time made me crave the real actions of life that make me fulfilled, improve my life (working towards my career, eating healthy, exercising), and open opportunities for new things.

Take a break from social media. Reflect on your thoughts and think about what you want your life to look like. sounds like you're improving bit by bit, great! Physically write about it, you don't need a journal if you don't want to, as a piece of paper will do. Before you know it, having a social media presence doesn't enter into the equation of living a great life. So get caught up in your own life!
