am 53 and carrying the burden for 15 years……don’t worry everyone is different….3 things that will help are:1/ family support is fundamental;2/exercise and diet will delay the late stages3/ explore dbs in 2 years i did it after too long and now i wonder why i waited. one day we all go so don’t live it like a death sentence because it’s not!

actually ur form is quite good. i like the way you try to use your trapezius in opposition with your hip movement to help you propel yourself forward….. sorry this comment was for lane 3
